Electrical Brand Customization
In modern homes and offices, wall socket outlets are no longer just a single AC power port. With the increasing demand for fast charging for laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, electrical brands are looking to seamlessly integrate USB-A, USB-C, and AC outlet combinations into wall panels, creating aesthetically pleasing solutions that accommodate diverse charging scenarios.

▍ Pain Points for Electrical Brands
• Installation standardization requirements:
Wall sockets must meet the size and appearance standards of the corresponding brand so that they are compatible with the customer's existing system.
• Multi-functional requirements:
End users want to be able to plug in a power source and directly use USB fast charging on the same panel.
• Fast Charging Standards and Output Power:
Fast charging standards (PD, QC) and output power (18W-100W) are developing from time to time, with relatively lower volume and high standards. It does not worth establish own R&D and manufacturing teams. However, they are an integral part of the entire product line.
• Safety and compliance challenges:
Electrical brand owners require modules to comply with safety certifications such as CE, VDE, and UL. Products must also meet various protection requirements, including V0 flame retardancy, overload protection, and short-circuit protection, making R&D challenging.
• Long development cycle:
Internal R&D or finding suitable module suppliers takes time, which affects the speed of new product launch.
